Great location, very clean. Not wheelchair friendly.

Very clean, great location, parking not too bad.

I was traveling with someone in a wheelchair. Although I checked ahead of time and was told the room was wheelchair accessible it definitely was not.

Margoa is a really welcoming and good place to stay. Comfortable and rooms are serviced well. The twins looked after me at breakfast every morning, loved these ladies..

There is nothing I didn't like. It met my needs!

Nice and friendly hotel near the promenade!

I really enjoyed my stay at Margoa. The rooms are a bit old but the location is excellent, the breakfast was very good and the staff are really nice and friendly. I’ll probably stay there again next year.

The breakfast was great. The location was literally right off the beach and our porch had a far view of the beach.

The rooms were clean but old. The hotel was old in general but functional. Other guests made a lot of noise at night.

Free parking was offered but when I arrived the garage was full so I had to pay for parking in a parking lot and then go down in the morning to pay for more parking.

Hotel seemed about what you get in Israel, but breakfast and location stood out

Good location with the beach essentially right across the street. Check-in was easy, the guy who helped us, Richard, was nice, and helped us use the coffee and hot chocolate machine, which the kids thought was great. The hotel, like most of what we saw in Israel, showed its age, but was functional, and the bathroom was updated. We thought the breakfast was the best we had on our Israel and Jordan vacation: it had the widest variety. Limited on-site parking worked out for us. Internet worked well in our rooms and our one larger room had a fridge.

Older hotel that shows its age. One way is in the tight corridors and tiny elevator, which makes dealing with luggage and kids difficult. Our one larger room had a small kitchen area, but the cupboards were completely bear, so no utensils or plates or anything like that. It wasn't a problem for our short stay, but I can see how that could be bad for someone else.

To have only one elevator for a whole building was quite unacceptable

Great location. Staff was nice.

Facilities are old and need renovation. The shower had pressure and hot water but the water always completely soaked the floor. The room needed a paint job.

As we expected, we were quite satisfied

Many things could have been better, but considering the low price, the quality was better than expected. This goes in the first place for the staff that was very friendly and helpful and made up for other shortcomings. And the other great advantage was the location, close to the beach and the center of town. And the beds were good...

I will certainly be back. It is good value for money.

I had one of their best rooms, which I didn't expect, and really enjoyed the space. I also appreciated the parking spaces for customers of the hotel. I ate dinner there, late and had most exceptional service. It was not my first visit. I always love the fact that the coffee machine is there for customers 24 hours a day. I particularly like getting a hot chocolate there before going to bed.

The breakfast could/should be upgraded somewhat, I think. It doesn't compare so well with other similar hotels in Natanya, which is a pity, since in most other respects this is an excellent, very well-run hotel with lovely service.
